Careers: Personal Assistant

Capstone Group is a well-established firm of professional accountants and auditors with significant experience in multiple disciplines within the financial services industry. Capstone offers personalised, swift, reliable and specialist advice and assistance in all stages within the development of a client’s business in Malta and internationally. We are currently seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to one of the Partners. The successful candidate will be employed by TAP-K Resources Ltd, the Management infrastructural services providers for the Capstone Group, but will be dedicated to servicing as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Highlight urgent correspondence and action as necessary;
  •  Ensure busy diary commitments, paper work and travel arrangements are managed
    effectively;
  • Screen general queries, phone calls and invitations to the Partners by redirecting or
    taking forward such contact as appropriate;
  • Organising meetings;
  • Establish and manage relationships with clients, client PA’s and other external parties;
  • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
  • Keep and maintain an organised filing system for quick retrieval;
  • Welcome clients and ensure they are well taken care of;
  • Provide a service that is in line with the respective Partners’ work habits and
    preferences;
  • Day-to-day general administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate would:

  •  ‘A’ Level standard of education;
  • Good knowledge of office software applications;
  • Proven experience, of at least 3 years, working within an office environment.

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken;
